Under the radiant summer sun, Avion BPO embarked on an unforgettable summer outing, filled with warmth and excitement. This year, our team united in the spirit of camaraderie and exploration, embarking on a Summer Fun Race inspired by the iconic show, “The Amazing Race.”
A Journey Fueled by Collaboration with Pasuquin LGU and Marine Challenges
The heart of our summer adventure lay in the Summer Fun Race, where our employees formed teams, each with the goal of reaching Ar-Aro in Dumalneg. Echoing the format of “The Amazing Race,” our teams encountered various pit stops along the way, each offering unique challenges and opportunities to test our teamwork.
Our journey began with a remarkable collaboration, highlighting the strength of community partnerships. With the invaluable support of the Pasuquin Local Government Unit (LGU), where our first pit stop was located, our outing came to life.
One of the standout pit stops was our partnership with the 4th Marine “Makusug” Brigade Camp. Here, they challenged us with thrilling obstacle courses that pushed our teamwork and resilience to new heights. In return, we had the privilege of assisting with a meaningful project: crafting ceremonial hollow blocks for the construction of their headquarters. This shared purpose left a lasting impact on all involved, emphasizing the power of collaboration.
The Serene Beauty of Ar-Aro
After conquering the challenges and pit stops along the way, our teams finally reached the breathtaking destination of Ar-Aro in Dumalneg. Nestled amidst the natural beauty of the Philippines, this tranquil location provided the perfect backdrop for a well-deserved celebration.
A Feast of Fun and Laughter
Avion BPO’s directors treated our employees to a sumptuous lunch, marking the culmination of our adventure. The air was filled with laughter, shared stories, and a profound sense of accomplishment, as we reflected on the challenges we had overcome together.
